Date:5th April2008 (Sat) Time:1pm to 6pm Venue:Evergreen Secondary School Attire:Full Red Cross Uniform -polish boots -season beret -iron uniform -hair net -spectacle hooks -polish buttons -girls (wearWHITEshorts) IMPORTANT: Your Bearing is very important!Look Neat and Smart!
Things To Bring: -1.5 litre Water Bottle - Passport Size Photo for those who have not sumitted or are New -Writting Materials -Snacks
Take Note: -If you not feeling well before the training or are sick during the past few days, please do inform any of the instructors before the start of training. -Have your lunch before coming. -Have at least 7hrs of uninterrupted sleep the night before. -Drink at least 8 glasses of water the day before.
